The POPsicle Recipes: BLACKPINK Popsicles

  1. In your stand mixer, whip cream and condensed milk until it forms peaks

  2. Dash your vanilla extract while whipping

  3. Fold in your mashed raspberries, and whip in slow speed

  4. Prepare your popsicle mold: pour mixture into mold and seal with popsicle stick

  5. Set in freezer overnight

  6. When ready to serve, make your chocolate drizzle: In a microwavable bowl, break off chocolate bar into pieces and add coconut oil

  7. In 15 second increments, slowly mix your chocolate mixture until glossy and melted

  8. Use a warm water bath to dip your popsicle mold in and slowly pinch bottom to help popsicles pull out

  9. When ready to serve, drizzle streaks of chocolate! 

BLACKPINK Popsicles

Makes 6, Use a popsicle mold! 

For the Filling: 

  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream

  • ½ can condensed milk

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries, lightly mashed

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the Chocolate Drizzle: 

  • ½ bar dark chocolate

  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
